About Me

Max Bivona is a licensed therapist practicing in New York and Connecticut. He earned his Master's in Social Work from the Silberman School at Hunter College in New York City.

Max works with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, relationship struggles, career and academic challenges. Drawing on a blend of behavioral and insight-oriented treatment, he tailors his approach to help clients move through obstacles and build a life aligned with their values.
