No, I do not participate with any insurance plans as an in-network provider. However, most insurances will provide partial coverage for therapists who are out-of-network. I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. In addition, flexible spending plans (FSA) often accept payments to a LCSWs as qualifying expenses.What is a superbill?

It acts as a detailed receipt containing your info, provider details (NPI/Tax ID), diagnosis (ICD-10), and procedure (CPT) code.How do I know if I have out-of-network benefits?
To know if you have out-of-network (OON) benefits, review your Summary of Benefits and Coverage document, check your insurer’s website portal, or call the member services number on your insurance card. Generally, PPO plans offer OON coverage, while HMO, EPO, Medicaid, and Medicare plans usually do not.How can I pay for therapy?
Payment for therapy can be made by cash or credit card via simple practice. Payment is due the day services are rendered.
